After several releases on labels like Freerange, Buzzin’ Fly, Real Tone, and a smashing hit « Insomnia »with the RODAMAAL Band Including Ame Remix; Rocco may get a lot of attention for the Old school, Energy and Deepness he brings into « The Crowd Ep ».
With Tbt3 Rocco’s intentions were to create something very basic but effective for the dance floors, dedicated to his techy roots. The track starts slowly with a strong combination of solid kick and bass. As it’s percussion expands and vocal infiltrates, you know it’s only a matter of time before Rocco takes you to another level. Banging ! « Keep On moving » recalls the chunky house sound of the mid 90ies. The track is built around the groove and nostalgy of that infectious filtered ruff bass line.
